I have enjoyed various types of sports throughout my life and decided to give Group Outdoor Training a try about 6 weeks ago. I find that the sessions cater for all fitness levels and are fun and informative.
I am thoroughly enjoying all the sessions and mix them up each week to keep motivated and work out the entire body!

I have been training with Osborne health & fitness for the past month now. Its really good to find a company that caters to all fitness levels as I have recently had a baby & hadn't done any exercise for close to 6 months, so I did struggle a fair bit to start with, but as the weeks go on i am able to feel my fitness level increase. It's such a good feeling to be able to accomplish exercises which I couldn't when I first started!! I really do enjoy getting up early and starting the day with such a great workout, being able to watch the sunrise over the beach, meeting new people & having fun while doing so.
